Richard White received his Ph.D. from SUNY Stony Brook in 1986, after having completed a dissertation on Nietzsche. He is the author of three books--Love's Philosophy (2001), Nietzsche and the Problem of Sovereignty (1997), and Nietzsche: Critical Essays in the History of Philosophy (2002) as well as numerous scholarly articles, reviews, and translations in philosophy.
Richard White is currently Professor of Philosophy at Creighton University and also directs the Masters of Arts in Liberal Studies as well as the Diversity Seminar on Teaching Multiculturalism and Ethics at Creighton University. His areas of specialization include 19th and 20th century Continental Philosophy as well as Philosophy and Literature. |
